In order to validate entries, we require the following information to be updated on your entry form

• Microchip/Transponder Code
• Name of Horse (Registered Named on The Passport)
• Horse Details
  • IHR no. / CPBS no. / UELN
  • Colour
  • Gender
  • Age
• Breeding Details
  • Sire
  • Dam
  • Dam Sire
• Breeder Details
  • Breeder Name
  • Breeder Address (County)
• Owner Details
  • Owner Name (Registered Name On The Passport)
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
• Passport Photos x3
  • Front Cover Page
  • Identification Page
  • Breeding Page
