I have entered the incorrect owner - What can I do?

As stated in the Competition Schedule, all horses competing at the Show must be entered in the ownership as stated on its passport. Failure to adhere to these rules may lead to disqualification from a prize or exclusion from the show.

Additionally, when making entries on the Home page of the Dublin Horse Show - Online Entry System, under the Owner Details, it clearly states “The Owner name above is the name that will appear in the DHS Catalogue for this entry / these entries, it is your responsibility to ensure that all horses entered are entered under the correct Owner account. Once an entry is submitted under an Owner name it cannot be changed or amended.”

Also, when validating your entry, you were required to tick a box stating “I/we confirm that this entry has been applied to the correct Owner details, and understand that the Owner name, address and contact details, as displayed at the top of the page, will be published in the Horse Show Catalogue.”

Therefore, once entries are submitted amendments cannot be made.
